Nandu and Tejaswini Prakash as hero and heroine respectively, a new film titled ‘Kannullo Nee Roopame’ has been launched on Wednesday i.e. on June 15 at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad. E Rajamouli sounded the clap board for the muhurat shot, while Priyansh switched on the camera. Debutante Bix Erusaldha is directing the film, while Bhaskar Basani is producing it under ASP Creative Arts banner with E Rajamouli as presenter. After performing the formal Pooja, the film unit has arranged press meet.
Speaking at the film launch event, hero Nandu said, “Director Bix Erusaldha is a software engineer in US. Having great passion on films, he did film course in New York Film Academy and worked on the script for 6 months. ‘Kannullo Nee Roopame’ is a full length comedy entertainer. My role in the film is completely different from all my roles which I have done till now in my career. I hope my role in the film will take me to the next level. I play Sunny. Heroine Tejaswini Prakash did few films in Telugu and Kannada languages. I wish and hope audience will encourage my attempt by making the film a big success.”
Producer Bhaskar Basani explained, “Regular shooting will commence from tomorrow. First schedule will be completed in this month and the second schedule will begin in the month of July. We are planning to wrap up post-production works in August and release the film in September. Director has readied a wonderful script. Saketh has given wonderful music. I hope audience will encourage our attempt.”
Addressing the gathering, director Bix said, “Producer was very much impressed by the script and therefore accepted to produce this film. 80% of the film goes on with comedy. We will wrap up the shooting in June or July and post-production works in August and we are planning to bring the film to the audience in September. Saketh has provided good music.”
Heroine Tejswini Prakash shared, “Earlier I have worked in ‘Cine Mahal’ and ‘Prathi Kshanam’. ‘Kannullo Nee Roopame’ is my third film in Telugu. My role in the film has ample scope to perform.”
