‘The Chronicles of Narnia’ is a series of epic fantasy films from Walden Media based on the series of novels, ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’ written by C S Lewis in 1950s. It currently consists of 3 movies of planned heptalogy – ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ (2005), ‘Prince Caspian (2008) and ‘The Voyage of the Dawn Treader’ (2010).

There is a huge craze for the films of Narnia series amongst the Indian children. Hence the latest film ‘The Voyage of the Dawn Treader’ is set to release on December 3rd in India, whereas the release date in other parts of the world including USA is December 10th.

20 Century Fox Star Studios is planning to release the film in India with 800 prints in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil in 3D version. According Vijay Singh, CEO of 20 Century Fox Star Studios, ‘The Voyage of the Dawn Treader’ will not only attract the children but also draw the adults’ attention.
