It seems that Sekhar Kammula has currently become the most happening director in Tollywood. His films like Anand, Godavari and Happy Days, all being small budget movies with variety concepts turned into big business for the buyers. Following his foot steps are the students from his school Sai Kiran Adivi debuting as director through ‘Avakai Biryani’ releasing on November 14 and Anish Kuruvilla through the film ‘Vinayakudu’ releasing on November 21.

Much in the similar lines yet another student of Sekhar by name Anand Ravi who worked as an associate director to Sekhar in films Godavari and Happy Days, is getting ready to make his entry as a director. It’s learnt that this film which also will have fresh artists will be produced by the owner of a software company. This project will start rolling in early 2009.
