The unit of ‘Shakti’ is flying to Egypt for shooting of few key scenes involving the main cast. Surprisingly NTR will not be participating in this schedule as he is not involved in those scenes. After a week’s shooting at Egypt, the unit would again fly back to India to begin its next schedule in Kashmir followed by Ladakh and Haridwar. The film so far was shot in Hyderabad and Jaipur. Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer. After ‘Kantri’ this is the second film in the combination of Jr NTR-Mehar Ramesh-Aswini Dutt. Likewise, this is also the second film for NTR-Ileana pair, the first being ‘Rakhi’.
