Theatrical trailer release function of ‘Devi Sri Prasad was held at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad on September 27. Manoj Nandan, Bhupal, Dhanraj and Pooja Ramachandran starrer thriller entertainer ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ is getting ready for release. Produced by RV Raju and Akrosh, the film is at post-production stage. Young director Sri Kishore, who carved a special image for himself by making suspense thrillers like ‘Sasesham’ and ‘Bhoo’, has directed this hat-trick film ‘Devi Sri Prasad’. Famous comedian Dhanraj played a key role.
Speaking on the occasion, Bekkam Venugopal said, “Trailer and title are very impressive. I wish the film ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ with the name of the super successful music director will be as good as the title. I wish the film will earn fame to the director and entire team and profits to the producers.”
Raj Kandukuri said, “It’s an excellent thriller and is engaging. ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ run time is also less. Manoj Nandan, Bhupal, Dhanraj and Pooja Ramachandran have given wonderful performance. Director Sri Kishore is a choreographer. He has great passion on film. I wish the film will earn fame to the director and producers.”

Bhupal said, “I played a different role in the film. In the same way, Dhanraj and Manoj Nandam’s characters are also fresh. ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ has completed the censor formality. I am sure the film will impress everyone.”
Addressing the gathering, Dhanraj said, “You will see three characters named Devi, Sri and Prasad in the film ‘Devi Sri Prasad’. We tried our best to get into the skin of the characters. Sri Kishore came here from Hong Kong just to make films. It’s a good sign that D Venkatesh garu is releasing the film. If people encourage small budget films, we get many good concept films in future.”
Producer D Venkatesh said, “I have watched the film. It is very interesting and therefore became part of the film’s production. Sri Kishore has made the film in a shoestring. If I produce a straight Telugu film in future, I will definitely rope in talented director like Sri Kishore for direction. You find no vulgarity in the film. I can be watched by the whole family together.”
Addressing the gathering, director Sri Kishore said, “It’s been one and half year since I have started the film journey. I have narrated the script to Dhanraj garu. He was very much impressed. When I was searching for producers, I met Akrosh through facebook. Later, Raju garu has given his support. We have completed the film with the support of both the producers. Censor board members watched the film and appreciated. I am sure the film will impress everyone.”
Producers RV Raju and Akrish said, “Each and every scene in ‘Devi Sri Prasad’ will be very interesting. The film revolves around the characters Manoj Nandan, Bhupal, Dhanraj and Pooja Ramachandran. Each and every scene will be very engaging. Already released teaser has got very good response. It has garnered 10 million views in social media. It has given us immense happiness. The film goes on with entertainment and message. We are planning to bring the film to audience soon.”
