Popular Malayalam film director Siddhik, whose hit films were remade into Telugu and Hindi movies like Peddarikam, Hitler, Hera Pheri and Hungama, is now debuting in Telugu films with the film Satyam Sivam Sundaram in which he is directing Nithin and Meera Chopra. At a press meet arranged by producer B. Srinivasa Raju, the films cast and crew spoke about their roles and the film.
"The hero's character is tailor made for Nithin" writer Chintapally Ramana said "the hero uses mind games to punish the villain, which is the basic storyline of the film. There are five songs in this film. Almost 70% of the film's shooting has been completed".
While hero Nithin said that it was the screenplay that impressed him and that further more he was fortunate to work with director Siddhik.
Producer B. Srinivasa Raju said "Siddhik agreed to direct his first Telugu film which I am producing, even though he got quite a few offers previously. Satyam Sivan Sundaram is a concept based film in which Nitin's character is that of an IIT drop out". He also said that they are planning a June release for Satyam Sivan Sundaram.
