Actress Simran and lead actor Krishna Bhagwan were present at Annapurna studios on Feb 3rd were the music of their film John Apparao 40+, was released on location. Guest Suresh Babu did the honors and handed over the cassettes to the film's cast and crew.

"The unit of this film is very energetic" actress Simran said "they are just fabulous. The music by Kiran Varanasi is very trendy. All the tracks are remixes."

"Simran and Krishna Bhagwan's combination sure raised a lot of eye brows" comedian and co star Ali said "I think this combination caused more curiosity than Bharathiraja's Darling Darling.".

Director-producer Kuchipudi Venkat, guests Bujji, Srinivas Reddy and Raju Harwani of Supreme Music were also present at the event.
