Businessman Press Meet

The release of much awaited Mahesh Babu-Kajal starrer ‘Businessman’ has been postponed from January 11th to January 13th. After ‘Pokiri’, this highly anticipated film in the combination of Mahesh Babu and Puri Jagannath is made by Dr Venkat under RR Movie Makers banner. We are aware that the audio of this crazy film was recently released in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages at the same time.

In the press meet held today Puri Jagannath said, “We completed the film within two and a half months of its launching time. Mahesh Babu worked for 65 days altogether. My entire unit members are very happy about the outcome of the film. Initially we thought of releasing the film on January 11th but due to small reasons we have postponed it to 13th. We are going to release the film in 1600 theaters worldwide. The advance booking will be opened from tomorrow. While I planned this film three months in advance, our producer planned 6 months in advance about its release. I’m very happy that the movie is going to be released in a very grand manner. The audio already got very good response. I thank Thaman and Bhaskarabhatla for the best audio. One’s eyes would focus only on Mahesh in this film. In general the audience would expect Aali or Brahmanandam as entertainers in my films. However in this film both of them are not there, instead Mahesh is the main entertainer. There are not many action scenes in this film like in ‘Pokiri’. ‘Businessman’ to going to be a big festival for all Mahesh fans for this Sankranti. We have planned to release the Tamil and Malayalam version 15 days later.”

SS Thaman said, “I’m very happy for getting continuous success right from ‘Dookudu’. ‘Businessman’ is a different genre film. Re-recording is excellent and the audio is getting fantastic response. The moment the audio was released, two lakh CDs were sold out. I thank Puri garu,l Mahesh and Venkat garu for giving me this wonderful opportunity.”

Suresh Reddy said, “Businessman is going to be the biggest hit on our banner this year. Puri completed the film in 70 days. We are very happy with the outcome of the film. We are happy to note that the audio CDs are being sold like hot cakes in all music stores.”

Bhaskarabhatla said, “I’m very happy to get the chance to write all songs in this film. I wrote all songs as per the tunes given by Thaman. The audio has become a big hit.”
