Upendra 2 Audio Release

Audio launch event of ‘Upendra 2’ starring Kannada Super Star Upendra was held in Hyderabad on August 9th. VV Vinayak, Dill Raju, Upendra, Priyanka, Kristina Akheeva, Parul Yadav, Paruchuri Prasad, DVV Danayya, Guru Kiran, Chota K Naidu, Veerupotla, Kodali Venkateswara Rao, Gopichand Malineni, Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, Raja Ravindra, Vajra Srinivas, Sindhura Puvvu Krishna Reddy, Sashank Vennelakanti, Vakkantham Vamsi, Damodar Prasad, Mallireddy Satyanarayana, Kishore Pardhasani, Tagore Madhu, Mahendra and Raghu Babu and some others have graced the event.

VV Vinayak launched the big CD. VV Vinayak launched the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Upendra’s wife Priyanka.

We all know that Upendra has extreme following in Telugu also. He has owned a special craze for himself with the films like ‘A’, ‘Upendra’ and ‘Ra’ and created a new trend with ‘Upendra’ which came in 1999. Now, the sequel for ‘Upendra’ is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Kannada languages as ‘Upendra 2’ and ‘Uppi 2’ respectively. ‘Nenu Kadu Nuvvu’ is the tag line. Prominent producer Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) is producing the film under Lakshmi Narasimha Productions banner. Upendra himself is the writer and director of the film. Parul Yadav and Kristina Akheeva are the female leads.

On this occasion, Upendra said, “Talent is not such a great thing. But, recognising talents in others is the greatest talent. I’m very happy that my little talent is being recognised and I’m receiving appreciations. I did ‘Ra’ with Nallamalupu Bujji. It’s an unforgettable movie in my life. I met my wife Priyanka during that film time. I have many memorable incidents with that film. He once again called me for ‘Upendra 2’. Kannada version of the film is releasing in August. I suggested Nallamalupu Bujji to take some time to release it in Telugu, but he has decided to release the Telugu version also on the same day. This audio release function is like a birthday treat to Nallamalupu Bujji. I’m thankful to everyone who supported me.”

All others who attended the function also spoke at the meet and wished for the success of the film.
