Kaaki Press Meet

Young producer Pattikonda Kiran is producing afilm titled ‘Kaki’ on Arpitha Creations banner with renowned producer Pattikonda Kumaraswamy as presenter. Ashok, Meghasri and Sruthi Ramakrishnan are being introduced as hero and heroines respectively. Manon M is handling the direction department. Presently, re-recording works are in progress. On this occasion, the film unit has arranged press meet on September 12, Saturday at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad.

“By seeing the title ‘Kaki’, everyone would think that it’s a police story. But, it’s a different story. The story of ‘Kaki’ is related to the familiar bird Crow. We have completed the entire shoot in 45 days. First half of the film will goes on in a thrilling and entertaining mode, but the second half will be mysterious with horror. The duration of the film is 2 hours and 10 min. Ashok and Meghana have given wonderful performances. Though this is the fisrt film for Manon, he has crafted ’Kaki’ wonderfully than we expected. Ronald has provided an excellent script. Presently, re-recording and DI works are going on. We are planning to release the film in the next month.”

On this occasion, presenter of the film, Pattikonda Kumaraswamy informs the media, “’Kaki’ is the second film for my son Pattikonda Kiran as producer. I’ve listened to the subject and it is very impressive. The film is very different from all horror and thriller films which are coming of late. It is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages. Manon M, who worked as co-director at P Vasu and Vetrymaaran, is being introduced as director through this film.”

Director Manon M said, “’Kaki’ is the first film for me as a director. I was very impressed by the script narrated by Ronald. Kiran’s support is unforgettable. The film will be 100% different. It’s a love story blended with horror and thriller elements. Audience will experience a new feel.”

Ronald Raj S Williams shared, “It’s a neon horror film. Hero and heroines along with the director are being introduced through this film. Senior artists are playing key roles in the film. Young producer Kiran has come up with a good story and with perfect planning.”

Ashok, Meghasri and Sruthi Ramakrishnan are being introduced as hero and heroines respectively. P kiran, Jaya Sudha, Nassar, Yogibabu, Yuvina (Child artist) and Ramesh Pandit are playing important roles in the film.
