Maanja Audio Release

Audio of ‘Maanja’ has been revealed on November 2 at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Director and producer Tammareddy Bharadwaja revealed the big CD and audio CDs. Damodar Prasad has received the first CD. ‘Maanja’ that stars Kishan SS, Avika Gor, Deep Pathak, Naresh Dingri, Esha Deol and Jaya Karthik as the lead, is being produced by Giridhar Mamidipalli and Padmaja Mamidipalli on Giridhar Production House banner with Raj Kandukuri as presenter. ‘Aatakaina…Vetakaina…’ is the tag line. SS Kishan is directing the film.

Later in the press meet, Avika Gor said, “The film touched my heart. I’m very happy to be part of this wonderful film. I’m glad that after ‘Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki’ I’m working with Giridhar garu. I’m thankful to director and producer for trusting me that I can do justice to the role and given me this opportunity. Kishan has directed the film excellently. I’ve learned a lot from him. Everyone will like the film for sure.”

Speaking at the press meet, Kishan SS said, “Two years ago, I met child offenders in a program. I realized many things from them. I’ve readied this script on that basis. It’s a never touched concept. Avika Gor has acted naturally. We have submitted the film for the lateral entry in general category of Oscar Awards. Related committee have to decide soon. Maanja is the abrasive string used for fighter kites. It is gummed, coloured and coated with powdered glass. The glass coated coloured threads tied with kites fly in open air and cuts another kites by this Maanja. It also creates hazards on Human and that is why we have given ‘Aatakaina…Vetakaina…’ as tag line. The film will be very near to the reality. The film depicts how the society will treat child offenders. In the same way, I’m planning to make a new 3D film in Telugu and Hindi languages and presently pre-production works are in progress. I’m thankful to the producers Raj Kandukuri and Giridhar Mamidipalli.”

On this occasion, producer Giridhar Mamidipalli said, “Producer Giridhar Mamidipalli said, “I have listened to the script during the shooting of ‘Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki’. I was very thrilled after listening to the script. Kishan has trusted me and given me the opportunity to release the film in Telugu. We are releasing the Telugu, Tamil and Kannada versions simultaneously. We are planning to release the film by the last week of November. ‘Maanja’ is an emotional film which touches everyone’s heart.”

Damodar Prasad, dialogue writer Vamsi Chandra Vattikuti, lyric writer Suresh Gangula, Dr. Challa Bhagyalakshmi and some others too spoke at the press meet and wished for the success of the film.
