Sri Jagruthi Films banner has launched a film titled ‘Toli Sandhya Velalo’ on Monday in Hyderabad. D Mohan Deekshit, who earlier worked for directors like Vamsi and Meher Ramesh is making his directorial debut with this film. Y L Bhaskara Raju is producing it with the cast Kaushik Babu, Sekhar, Ashwini and Greeshma in lead roles.
Darsakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao sounded the clap board for the muhurat shot while Dr D Ramanaidu switched on the camera and Krishnam Raju held the direction.
In the press meet held after the muhurat shot director D Mohan Deekshit said, “I got the opportunity to direct this film through Gopikrishna banner’s Narendra and Dilip Bhaskara Raju’s recommendation. ‘Toli Sandhya Velalo’ is a feel good film in which Kaushik Babu will be seen in a sensitive look as a soft lover boy. Rao Ramesh garu is going to play a wonderful character. I’m sure there would be a repeat audience to theaters only to watch his role. We will shoot the film in Rajolu, Sakhinetipalli and several other areas. We are planning to complete the film in 40 days and present the cool film to the audience in hot summer.”
Producer Y L Bhaskara Raju said, “We are very happy to launch the film at the venue of Krishnam Raju’s birthday celebrations. We are also happy that our team is formed with good artists and good technicians. Music director is providing catchy tunes. We are confident that the film will turn out to be a feel good film in which Kaushik Babu will be seen as a lover boy.”
Hero Kaushik Babu praised the director’s story narration saying it’s as pleasant as Krishna Sastry’s ‘Pushpa Vilaasam’ and John Keats poems. He said that he will be seen as a romantic hero and that the film would be made with required entertainment.
According to Vijay Babu, For the first time, Kaushik Babu is going to play a lover boy character in this film after exhibiting his acting skills in films like ‘Shirdi Sai’, ‘Jagadguru Aadi Shankara’ and several other Malayalam films.
Other star cast is Rao Ramesh, Dhanraj, Gundu Sudarshan, Phani, Hema and others.
