Venkatesh is producers’ hero. When we were doing ‘Brahma Putrudu’, he would climb the hills by carrying sound boxes along with us. Effort, enthusiasm and sincerity are three qualities which Venkatesh has. He is such an actor who received many Nandi awards by doing many successful films. Ghibran has given wonderful tunes which suits to Telugu nativity. I wish Maruthi, who carved a special brand for himself by raising step by step, will become star director through the success of this film. Producer Chinababu has good taste. ‘Babu Bangaram’ which is being produced by his son PDV Prasad, will become big success.”
Venkatesh is undecided whether he continues doing films till his son enters the field. Addressing the gathering, Victory Venkatesh said, “I am thankful to audience and fans for encouraging me since 30 years. Maruthi garu is presenting me in a different way. ‘Babu Bangaram’ will reminds you of my films like ‘Bobbili Raja’, ‘Preminchukundam Ra’ and ‘Nuvvu Naku Nachav’. It remains to be seen if audience call me as ‘Pellikani Prasad’ or ‘Babu Bangaram’. I am thankful to Maruthi for crafting the film wonderfully. Ghibran has given beautiful music. My special thanks to producers. I consider myself lucky for having such producers. We are plnning to release the film on August 12.
