Audio of ‘Betaludu’ composed by Vijay Antony, has been launched on Saturday, November 5, in Hyderabad. Boyapati Srinu launched the big CD. Hero Nikhil launched the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Vijay Antony.
After scoring remarkable success with ‘Bichagadu’, Vijay Anthony is coming up with this latest venture ‘Betaludu’. It is the dubbed version of Tamil film ‘Saithan’ directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy. The film stars Vijay Antony and Arundhati Nair in the lead roles. K Rohith and S Venogopal are producing the film under the banners Manas Rishi Enterprises, Win Win Creations and Aara Cinemas with Malkapuram Sivakumar and Fathima Vijay Antony as presenters. Apart from playing the lead role, Vijay Antony has given music for this film.
Speaking at the audio launch event, Boyapati Srinu said, “Yandamuri Veerendranath commented that Telugu industry has only limited heroes who gives settled performance. But, I don’t agree. In my opinion, directors and writers should have to change. If we go with out of the box story, we will get settled performance from heroes. ‘Bichagadu’ has proved the same. I wish Vijay Antony starrer ‘Betaludu’ will become big success. Vijay Antony always looks for good concept films. Telugu audience will always encourage such films. I wish all the best to the entire team.”
On this occasion, Yandamuri Veerendranath said, “My first story in 1968 is ‘Betaludu’. I am very happy that Vijay Antony is coming up with the same title. After seeing Vijay Antony’s ‘Dr Saleem’, I became big fan of him. The actor looks like Hollywood actor Rock Hudson. He gives settled performance. Telugu industry has only limited heroes who gives settled performance. I have good relationship with producer Venugopal. I wish Venu will reach top position through this ‘Betaludu’.”
Hero Nikhil said, “‘Betaludu’ is out of the box film’. Teaser and 10 min duration film suggests that it’s not a regular subject film. Most of the films in the Telugu industry are commercial films only. We must encourage different films like ‘Betaludu’. So that we get many more films with good and interesting subjects. I wish Vijay Antony, who bagged blockbuster hit with ‘Bichagadu’ this year, will bag another blockbuster.
Viyaj Antony, the star of moment, said, “I am eagerly awaiting the release of the film. I didn’t expect such a huge encouragement from Telugu audience. I am extremely happy that I got good recognition with my third film itself. I am extremely confident that ‘Betaludu’ will become big hit.”
Director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy said, “As a director, ‘Betaludu’ is my first film. It’s a physiological thriller. I am thankful to Vijay Antony and Fathima Antony for giving me the wonderful opportunity. With the support of a nice team I have carved out a wonderful film. I am sure the film will impress everyone.”
Fathima Vijay Antony, Chadalwada Srinivasa Rao, Bellamkonda Suresh, KVV Satyanarayana and producer Mahesh too spoke at the function and wished for the success of the film.
