Audio launch of Arya and Catherine Tresa starrer ‘Gajendrudu’ which has music by Yuvan Shankar raja, was held on Thursday i.e. on April 6 in Hyderabad. ‘Gajendrudu’ is the dubbed version of Tamil epic action drama film ‘Kadamban’ directed by Ragava and produced by RB Chowdary. RB Chowdary, Arya, Catherine Tresa, Rana Daggubati, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Vamsi Padipalli, Ragava, K Atchi Reddy, SV Krishna Reddy, Vamsy, Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao, NV Prasad, Gunasekhar, Manjusha and some others graced the event. Rana launched the big CD and audio CDby presenting first CD to Vamsi Paidipalli.
Wishing for the success of the film, Rana said, “For us, Super Good Films is same as our Suresh Productions. All my uncle’s films which were made under Super Good Films were successful. Telugu audience will always encourage new genre films. ‘Gajendrudu’ is such a new genre film. It is arriving theaters on April 14. Trailer is outstanding. Arya and I worked together for ‘Bangalore Naatkal’. I wish Arya from the bottom of my heart that he will reach superstar range in Telugu through this film.”
On this occasion, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja said, “This is the 10th film in the combination of Arya and me. I request everyone to make the film ‘Gajendrudu’ a grand success which is coming to the audience on April 14.”
Heroine Catherine Tresa shared, “Working for ‘Gajendrudu’ has taught me a lot. Each and everyone in the team has kept heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. Director Ragava garuhas moulded each and every scene amazingly. It’s not a simple thing to shoot a film in a forest. Thanks to RB Chowdary garu.”
Addressing the gathering, producer RB Chowdary said, “I am sure ‘Gajendrudu’ will be a turning point in Arya’s career. This is the 89th film delivering from our banner. Catherine has given wonderful performance. Yuvan Shankar Raja has worked for the first time on our banner. Tamil version music album is already a big hit. I wish and hope Telugu version audio will also become big hit. Yuvn has provided stupendous music. Ragava has kept his heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. I am thankful to the entire team for the support.”
Speaking on the occasion, Arya shared, “I am a big fan of Chowdary garu. All his films are content based films. Without his support, we wouldn’t have made ‘Gajendrudu’. Catherine has given full support. It’s not a simple thing to shoot a film in a forest. I am thankful to each and every artist and technician who are part of the film. I wish Ragava will join the star directors list in Telugu and Tamil languages.”
Gunasekhar, SV Krishna Reddy, NV Prasad and Bhimineni Srinivas and some others too spoke at the event and wished for the success of the film.
