Premium Made-to-Order Menswear Brand, Tailorman, opens flagship store in Hyderabad

Made-to-measure menswear brand, Tailorman, has expanded with the opening of its biggest physical space yet, a 3,500-square-foot flagship store on Road No. 36 Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad.

Tailorman creates an entirely new market in men’s fashion that sets them apart. Their combination of craftsmanship with the use of the finest fabrics, European style, unbeatable in-store service and an attainable price bracket, is a revolutionary approach leaving retailers asking, “How do they do that?” and customers coming back for more.

Manufacturing and easy re-order is offered through state-of-the-art automation, ensuring that the errors rife in manual processes are minimized and no attention to detail is spared. Tailorman encourages relationships to be developed with every client and ensures that he never needs to compromise as he would have with the limited options of a ready-to-wear brand. Besides being in a spacious store, the customer is surrounded by expert staff who can advise them on both style and fit.

Founded by Vidya Nataraj and Gautam Golchha in 2013, Tailorman also holds a very strong e-commerce presence, with a unique 3D experience, allowingthemto bring their high quality tailoring to customers all over the world. Golchha is the founder of SilverCrest, one of the world’s largest and modern formal-wear manufacturing house, with customers such as Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren.

“We received many requests from people who live in Hyderabad and had visited our stores in Bangalore and Chennai, for a store to call their own. And so we did” says co-founder Vidya Nataraj. A perfect fit in a city where haberdashery is alive and well.

Tailorman offers thousands of fabrics from international mills including Zegna, Loro Piana, Scabal and VBC. Their stylists recommend lightweight linens, exquisite velvets and handsomely textured wool and silk summer tweeds that result in uniquely refined looks.
The brand is also launching a Ceremonial Collection by Jaipur-based menswear designer Rohit Kamra. In addition, their new Ready To Wear line - "light as a feather", deconstructed linen Sport Coats, eye-catching Party Wear and cool new Travelflex suits with wrinkle-shedding stretch fabric and multiple hidden pockets, are now available.

“We are giving the customer every reason to buy while updating classics by adding Performance. And our overnight success means that Indian men want high quality products, which are also trendy and fun, as long as not outrageously priced," says co-founder Gautam Golchha.

Tailorman’s Jubilee Hills Showroom will be the brand’s ninth location nationwide, apart from their stores in Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata, with plans to open in additional cities this year.
