Archana launches Kitchen India Expo Launch at Hitex, Madhapur

Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd (HITEX) and Traditions Events are jointly hosting, Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil Kitchen India Expo-2016.

This three day expo is all about kitchen. Anything and everything about kitchen. It was inaugurated today by film actress Archana. The expo will go on till 16th, for three days. The expo will be held at Hitex in Hall No. 2. It will be open from 11am to 9pm.

Nagendra Prasad, COO, HITEX; PuneetMetha, Celebrity chef, Masterchef India Fame; Sanjay Jain, Agromech; Dr.Menon/Mr.Mahender Pala (Care Hospitals)Shalab /Chetan, Freedom oil; Shekar Raju, Hafflee also graced the inauguration.

Interacting with media immediately after the inauguration, Archana said I am a foodie. Quite opposite to my profession as a film actress, I am foodie. I love cooking. I experiment a lot. This Vinayak Chauthi, I made a payasam. I cook all those dishes my mom cooks at home. Since I am staying away from home most of the time, I learnt cooking.

Kitchen is a very important part of the home. Kitchen is not just women oriented. Now many men are getting into cooking and are good cooks also. I love to eat anything which is healthy said. Archana.

The expo showcases Mittie Cool kitchen utensils made up mud. There are kitchen items such as Coocker, Water Bottle, Plate, Bowl, Mug and many such kitchen items made up of Mittie. We have event the refregirator which costs Rs 5700/- Vegetables can be preserved in this for a very long time informed Alpa Jain of Agromech.

The sleek mitti water bottle costs Rs 249/-, Coocker Rs 750/-, Water Storage Container Rs 400/ and Fridge Rs 5700/-. We have all together 70 kitchenwear Mitti Cool items, informed Alpa Jain./ There is dish that costs Rs 1050/- she said. We have sold more than 40 Mitti Cool Fridges in the last summer season, she informed. Mitti Cooker is huge demand, she informed.

Usha launched Steam Iron at Rs 3500/- at the expo. The steam iron box can iron clothes on the hanger.

Usha launched a Sewing machine, which people with zero knowledge can sew the machine. There is special sewing machine for kids called Usha Janome, Automatic Sewing Machine, made up of Japanese Technology.

A travel iron which weighs just 400grams is available at Rs 1990/-
Usha Infiniticook, the Halogen Oven which can bake, roast, grill without oil. It also thaws, show cooks and barbeques. , toasts and air dries.

It air fries also. It can boiled without water.

Wonder chef that make coloured utensils displayed lot of innovative utensils.
There is a 100gram, the smallest rice cooker, which is also called a travel Cooker which costs Rs 2450/-. A home popcorn machine, the tinest machine for domestic use was on display and costs Rs 8150/-

62 exhibitors will showcase their products and services. It also provides a platform to manufacturers and suppliers of latest kitchen hardware, kitchen essentials and F&B products to reach out to their target audience.

Puneet Mehta is curating a special cooking contest called ‘Cooking Maharani’ which is being held in various residential societies to engage with the general public and involve them in the Expo. The winners will show their talent in the grand finale of the contest to be held on Kitchen India Expo main stage.

Live cookery completion, Junior Chef, consultancy for designing the kitchen, kids’ zone etc are planned at the Expo to attract and engage the visitors.
