Five men with grit and patriotism, on 'ONE INDIA' - 29 state, 29 day tour, felicitated by Amigo Autus!
• They had a transit halt at Hyderabad, after traversing seven states and 4800 kms
Hyderabad, February 2nd, 2017: Taking the cue and inspiration from Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi's initiative 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' and with his blessings, five friends hailing from Ahmedabad set out on an awe inspiring and the most arduous road trip of their lives, to cover all the 29 states of the country, touching 29 capital cities and transiting a distance of 14819 in 29 days, to spread the message of 'One India' - the theme of their mission.
All of them business men by profession, Mahendra Patel, Satyen Engineer, Anil Gemawat; Archit Prajapati, set out in a Ford Endeavour, with mobike enthusiast Alpesh Shah driving solo on his Enfield Bullet. They began their trip to spread the message of national integration from Ahmedabad on the 26th January, 2017. They have since transited seven states and their Capital cities of Bhopal, Mumbai, Panjim Bangalore, Trivandrum, Chennai and Amravati, and are at Hyderabad, today, covering 4800 kms.
The five gentlemen with an adventurous streak, were felicitated during their transit halt in Hyderabad, by Amigo Autus - the car care and detailing specialists, on Thursday at Amigo Autus state-of-the-art workstation at Madhapur. Bharat Shah, Executive Director, BNI, Hyderabad; MS Dhheeraj, CEO, Amigo Autus; Nishith Shah, Managing Partner, Amigo Autus and Adesh Agarwal, Managing Partner, Amigo Autus; felicitated them, extolled their noble mission and the underlying exemplary objective. In the meantime, the highly trained auto technicians at Amigo Autus, using the most sophisticated equipment and products, spruced up the vehicles being used for the tour and brought them back to shape.
They are also promoting a concept 'Why Horn' espoused by one of the team members, Satyen Engineer, and seek a pledge from countrymen against the evil of excessive honking. They want to reduce the sound pollution levels on roads which besides increasing deafness quotient amongst city road users, is also cause for road rage and other related ailments like stress, irritation, disturbed sleep, Blood pressure etc. The device he has invented can bring down the noise levels on roads and is pursuing with the government authorities to impress on them the need to discipline road users from unnecessary honking.

From Hyderabad, the team will continue their further journey to Raipur, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Kolkata, Shillong, Agartala, Aizwal, Imphal, Kohima, Itanagar, Dispur, Gangtok, Patna, Lucknow, Dehradun, Shimla, Jammu, Chandigarh, Jaipur and will end the trip on 23rd February at Gandhinagar, to a grand reception by the Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijaybhai Rupani. They are collecting messages and recording views of citizens across the coutry on 'One India' during the trip and the same will be presented to Shri Narendra Modi in a coffee book format.
