Mirchis Restaurant Launched in Hitech City
BJP MLA KISHAN REDDY AND DIRECTOR BOYAPATI SRINU INAUGURATE MIRCHIS RESTAURANT
Hyderabad: 23rd August 2018: MIRCHIS, a restaurant specialising in Traditional telugu cuisines of Telangana, Andhra and Rayalseema regions was launched today by BJP MLA Kishan Reddy and Director Boyapati Srinu. Mirchis Restaurant is a unit of Fortune Cuisines and goes with the tag line of Truly Telugu.
The highlight is that around 400 plants are used to create a mini garden inside the restaurant. At Mirchis, these not only lift our spirits but also enrich the ambience with their refreshing presence.
The interiors of the restaurant are made to maintain an ethnic chic ambience by using bright and vibrant colours. In Mirchis they have used brass in various forms and shapes, like 450 brass gopuram kalashams are incorporated in the design to bring in a retro modern look. They have used copper crockery and cutlery to complement the overall ethnic feel of the restaurant. The seating capacity of the restaurant is 100 covers.
A noteworthy initiative launched by the restaurant is that they provide complimentary plant seeds as a take away after the meal. These seeds are to remind our commitment to environment and greenery of Planet Earth.
Mirchis aims to serve a traditional Thali with ten items during lunch hours. They have five varieties of vegetarian and non vegetarian thalis. Their speciality thali is the "weekend naatu thali as it has six telugu traditional dishes like natu kodi, talakaya mamasam, baby crab curry, bommidayalla pulusu and enduroyalu iguru.
Few of the in house specialities of Mirchis restaurant are puttagodugulu, goddukaram , kamju vepudu, Telangana mutton curry, Nellore fish pulusu and palak halwa.
