Hyderabad: 19th December: Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil in association with NTR Memorial Trust today distributed training completion certificates to the 15 students of “Freedom Self-employment Cookery Workshop” who successfully completed the 45 days training for the 2nd batch. Mr. P. Chandra Shekhara Reddy, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil & Mr. T. Vishnu Vardhan, Chief Executive Officer, NTR Memorial Trustawarded the certificates to the participants of the 2nd batch of “Freedom Self-employment Cookery Workshop”.
Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil & NTR trust have provided training in Cookery Workshop for over 35 women & youths in the 2 concluded batches. The purpose of providing training and certification is to support the Youth & women by promoting their participation in F&B sector and help to build strong economies and improve their quality of life. The cookery workshop is conducted by renowned chefs, F&B outlet owners and internationally trained experts at NTR Trust Bhavan, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
The participants of Freedom Self-employment Cookery Workshop at NTR Trust received the training free of cost and will be supported in setting up their own venture. From the 2nd batch of 15 participants, 40% participants intend to start their own enterprise in the form of take away points for food, Bakery or Quick service Tiffin centre.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. P. Chandra Shekhara Reddy, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil said “As a part of our initiative to support the society, we have partnered with NTR Trusts to organize the Freedom Self Employment Cookery Workshops. We have received an overwhelming response to the Workshop in the 1st Batch and it has continued for the current batch. The participants of 1st batch of Freedom Self-employment Cookery Workshop have successfully set up their own venture. From the current batch 40% participants intend to start their own enterprise in the form of take away points for food, Bakery or Quick service Tiffin centre. Encouraged by the response, Freedom Self-employment Cookery Workshop is being planned at different districts across the twin states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over the next One Year.”
