Hyderabad, January 23rd, 2018 : BNI - a world-wide network of entrepreneurs - Hyderabad, is hosting the 3rd Edition of the 'TVS Shampoorna Bharath Shah Cricket Trophy 2018.' Tollywood Hero & TCA President, Srikanth, unveiled the 'TVS Shampoorna Bharath Shah Cricket Trophy 2018' and Jerseys, at a press conference on Tuesday at Hotel Marigold.
Ms Sanjana Shah, Executive Director, BNI East & West, Hyderabad and Director Consultants, BNI, Hyderabad Mr MS Dhheeraj and Mr KRK Reddy & Mr Shatish Boddu, MD, Shampoorna Automotives; announced the details of the biggest cricket extravaganza, commencing on January 26th, 2018.
Speaking on the occasion Srikanth said, my passion for cricket has no bounds, at a time when the industry didn't have any cricket enthusiasts, we four or five of us started playing cricket way back in 2001 and there were times we played till 2 or 3 am, such is the craze for the sport. My favorite cricketers are Sachin and Dhoni, I love watching them play. It's a good avenue to relax, get relived from the day's stress, meet people and keep our body fit. I wish success for the tournament.
Ms Sanjana Shah addressing the entrepreneurs who are taking to cricket said, the entire year we strive to run our business with the utmost discipline and hard work to achieve the goals, this is the time to have fun and also borrow and inculcate the sportsmanship, which can help us to be efficient businessmen in the long run.
The tournament involves 240 members from across 25 BNI chapters in the city. Sixteen teams will vie for the Trophy by playing 31 matches spanning over 45 days at the Saraswathi Cricket Ground, Kompally. The tournament will be strictly governed by ICC rules. The finals will be held on March 10th, 2018, which marks the birthday of BNI Hyderabad founder and past Executive Director, Mr Bharath Shah. India's former batting icon VVS Laxman will present the trophy to the winners and felicitate the star performers, on the occasion.
