Hyderabad, 12th April, 2018: The Junior Jaycee wing of JCI Banjara Hyderabad, a part of the globally popular JCI, has conducted live workshop with Master Chef Padma Shri Sanjeev Kapor.
As a matter of avowed principles, which are followed in letter and spirit by every member, Junior Jaycee wing focuses on inculcating leadership and entrepreneurial skills among those in the 14-22 years age-group.
In keeping with this youthful exuberance, we took delight that we conducted a workshop with Guinness Record holder and inarguably the country’s most famous Chef, the ever-smiling Sanjeev Kapoor, at Taj Deccan on April 12, 2018(Thursday).
Themed ‘Zaiqa’, the workshop for first time in the twin cities by Sanjeev Kapoor, who has popularised multiple India-exclusive dishes in kitchens all over the world, including alongside culinary icons like Rachel Ray, Richard Quest and Rene Redzepi.
For all the fame that he has achieved, his business of world-class kitchen gadgets, enables and continues to empower women, a cause close to his heart. It is ditto with Junior Jaycees here. The proceeds and funds raised through this workshop will be used for our ongoing charitable activities and to provide succour to the specially-disabled.
The Chairperson 2018 - Junior Jaycee Prachi Mehta of the elite Junior Jaycee wing of JCI Banjara Hyderabad addressing to the media stated that:
The zeal to do something remarkable, something which will be remembered as helping hand to many and to provide an identity to the Junior Jaycee Wing of JCI Banjara Hyderabad, thus the idea of *ZAIKA* was conceived to raise the funds for their future community projects.
Junior Jaycee Prachi Mehta approached Padma-Shri Sanjeev Kapoor, the most celebrated face of Indian cuisine, restaurateur and winner of several culinary awards and he obliged and agreed to come Hyderabad for the cookery work shop ZAIKA flavors at hotel Taj Deccan.
The event is inaugurated by Chief Guest National President of JCI India - JCI Senator Arpit Hathi
The other dignitaries present are Zone Vice President - Jc Nagraj Bandameedi Zone Director (Junior Jaycee Wing) - Jc Shashant Singh Jc Srikant Sarda -President JCI Banjara Hyderabad Jc Shyam Modani - Coordinator Junior Jaycee Wing Jc Alpesh Kanungo - Secretary, JCI Banjara Hyderabad.
