Hyderabad, August 8th, 2018: Paradise, the 65-year-old legacy brand synonymous with authentic Hyderabadi Biryani, today announced it is hosting the fourth innings of their Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival, “Jashn-e-Kebab”, across all its outlets across the country. The festival boasts of 26 delicious varieties of Kebabs from across the length and breadth of the country. The Kebabs can be availed at all their Dine-in Restaurants, Takeaways and can be ordered through their delivery partners – Swiggy, Zomato, Food Panda and Ubereats. Prices of the Kebabs starts from INR 199.
Kebabs originated in Turkey and travelled across the Asian continent to come to India to become a staple of Mughlai cuisine. Soon it got assimilated into the regional cuisines of India, locals used the aromatic spices peculiar to the region and transformed these Kebabs to suit the native palate and preferences. ‘Jashn-e-Kebab’ is an effort to showcase and celebrate the diverse variety of Kebabs from different regions of India.

To break through the norm and give the classic an upgrade, Chef Pankaj Kumar unearthed recipes that are native to regions. For instance, a recipe with Gongura (Sorel Leaf) from the Andhra coastline, The Murgh Gongura Kebab. There are other fused Kebab which is part of this innovation such as Murgh galangal Kebab which is flavoured with Thai Ginger. Then there is Murgh Dum Pukth Kebab which has a smoky flavour.
In all, there are 26 varieties of kebab on the guest Platter to relish during this kebab festival. Paradise is also serving Hariyali Kalmi Kebab, Murg Toofani Tikka, Murgh Gongura Kebab, Murgh Sufiyana Tikka, Murgh, Dum Pukth, Kalonji Kebab, Murgh Galangal Kebab, Curry Patta Fish Tikka, Malai Fish Tikka, Galouti Kebab, Special Mutton Sheek Kebab, Veg platter, Chicken Platter, Sea Food Platter, Non-Veg Festival Platter, Dariya Ka Ratan, Jalpari Gulnar, Hara Bhara Kebab, Cheese Chilly, Bharwan Paneer Tikki as part of the festival.
Keeping in mind the different eating habits, the kebabs have been categorized into four unique Kebab platters – Non-Veg Festival Platter, Veg Platter, Chicken and Seafood Platter.
