Aspire Spaces Launches Ambitious Housing Project in Miyapur

Hyderabad, 13 August, 2021: Aspire Spaces Pvt Ltd has launched their latest project in Miyapur with all kinds of luxury amenities, set up under the name AMEYA on 10 acres land. The project was launched with a bhoomipuja performed by Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. The spiritual guru hailed the project for its specifications and amenities that are being provided.

Speaking on the occasion, Aspire Spaces Chairman Narasimha Reddy said the venture will have 1066 flat ranging between 1,210 square feet to 1940 feet, constructed at a cost of Rs 4,700 per square ft. Narsimha Reddy said the project would be completed by 2024 and added that despite the Telangana government increasing the value of land, flats will be provided to the customers at a lower price. In terms of BHK configurations, you can select from 2, 2.5 and 3 bedroom units.

Revealing further details about the venture, Aspire Spaces Managing Director Swaran Reddy said that the project will have 100 feet road which has already sanctioned and would be laid soon. Saying that they have ventured into housing sector to provide less density housing and provide a wide range of amenities, Swaran said that the project, which is in the heart of Miyapur, has more than 10 international schools within 10 km radius and also world class hospitals within the reach. “Ours is a project born out of passion and not for organising financial mobility, hence we are going for only 13 stairs for each of the 9 towers to ensure less density,” Swaran said.

Those who graced the project launch event as guests include Vennavaram Bhoopal Reddy Garu (Protem Chairman), Gudem Mahipal Reddy (MLA Patancheru), Arekapudi Gandhi (MLA Serlingampally), Charlakola Laxma Reddy (MLA Jadcherla), Thummala Pandu Ranga Reddy (Municipal Chairman, Ameenpur).
