Madhur Bandarkar’s latest ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Jee’ is a romantic comedy flick starring Ajay Devgan, Emraan Hashmi and Omi Vaidya of ‘3 Idiots’ fame in male lead roles and Shruti Haasan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shraddha Das in female lead roles. The film is jointly produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Bhandarkar Entertainment and is set for release on January 26th. It has music by Preetam. Madhur Bhandarkar established his own production banner ‘Bhandarkar Entertainment’ and so far co-produced National Award winning films like ‘Traffic Signal’ and ‘Fashion’. His recent production venture was ‘Jail’ after which his latest film ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Jee’. All his films not only are becoming the commercial success but also winning rave reviews for the critically acclaimed subjects. This is the first time he is coming up with a genre of comedy.
The unit of 'Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Jee' came to Hyderabad on Sunday. They organised a press meet at Cinemax to brief the details of the film.
Speaking to the media director Madhur Bandarkhar said, “This is a complete comedy entertainer. The story revolves around 3 friends. The main attractions are the three beautiful ladies Shruti, Shradda and Saajan who gave an excellent performance along with their glamour. The audio which was recently released is getting very good response. I hope everyone will enjoy this film.”
When asked by the media what he liked the most in Hyderabad he quickly answered that he like Ramoji Film City and that his previous directorial venture ‘Chandini Bar’ was mostly shot there. According to him, this film city has all facilities with latest technology and advanced equipment that is required to shoot a film.
Others who participated in the press meet are Imraan Hasmi, Sraddha Das, Saajan Padamsee, Omi Vaidya, etc.
