Royal Culinary Festival at The Golkonda Hotel, Hyderabad

The "Jewel of Nizam" announces Royal Culinary Festival. It is all about Ten Royal Indian Cuisines and ten legends to feast upon. It is a 10-day food festival - "Jewels of India". The Food Festival is planned continuing with the royal legacy of Nizami cuisine and its rich heritage, Jewel of Nizam has been catering to Hyderabadi food lovers with its century old recipe handed over by generations.

13th - 14th Feb 2015 - Gujrati & Rajasthani Royal Cuisine
15th- 16th Feb 2015 - Awadhi & Rampuri Royal Cuisine
17th - 18th Feb 2015 - Kashmiri & NWFP Royal Cuisine
19th - 20lh Feb 2015 - Malabar & Konkani Royal Cuisine
21st - 22nd Feb 2015 - Andhra & Chettinad Cuisine

The Jewels of India food festival brings many of the delectable Royal cuisines of India under one roof. It's time for a celebration that only Kings can think of. This food festival also coincides with the Fourth Anniversary of Jewel of Nizam.

For the grand occasion, The Golkonda Hotel has roped in Chef Mujeeb ur Rehman along with congregation of celebrity chefs flown in from across the country to stir the delectable delicacies of a golden past.

The magnificent spread boasts of 10 sumptuous cuisines like Kashmiri, Awadhi, Rampuri, Gujrati, Rajasthani, Malabar, Konkani, Chettinad, North West Frontier Punjabi and Andhra.
Lunch service will have chefs special table d'hote menu, Dinner will be lavish spread buffet with specialty cuisines.

Chef Mujeeb ur Rehman has been a visionary chef who has been extensively researching on royal cuisines. He underwent years of rigorous research to dig out recipes from the siblings of Royal Khansamas of Nawabs and many lesser known royal delicacies, further promoting the same from disappearing in oblivion.
