CREDAI Andhra Pradesh organises the "Credai AP Property Show 2012" at Hyderabad.

Hyderabad 2nd Nov 2012 - The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (CREDAI) mega Property Show was inaugurated today by Shri Kiran Kumar Reddy Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh along with the Guest of Honour Shri. M Maheedhar Reddy, Minister of Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Shri Capt. N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister of Housing and Weaker Section Housing Programme, Smt.Galla Aruna Kumari Minister for Geology and Mines Ground Water and Textiles & Handlooms , Shri. Danam Nagender Minister of Labour & Shri. M. Anjan Kumar Yadav Member of Parliament ( Secunderabad Constituency ) in the presence of CREDAI senior leadership team comprising of Mr. Shekar Reddy, President for CREDAI, Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Subba Raju, Vice President, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh , Mr. N. Jaiveer Reddy, Vice President, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh and a large number of developers, stakeholders and industry members. The show which is at People Plaza, Necklace Road is exhibiting a wide range of residential & commercial properties from reputed developers in Andhra Pradesh. The three day property show (2nd – 4th November 2012) is being organised to boost the real estate sector in the state and create a platform for customers to avail the best deals and offers from developers.

The Andhra Pradesh State Property Show 2012 is the largest exhibition in Andhra Pradesh aimed at fulfilling the dreams of people looking for a home, commercial property, investment in the region. The show has participation from over 150+ developers showcasing over 15,000 properties and stakeholders from the manufacturing and financial sectors. The Property Show is exhibiting diverse offerings ranging from budget to luxury properties and has amazing offers from developers. The show is expected to be visited by 25,000 customers. All members of CREDAI will be showcasing their present and upcoming projects in the state. The event is a tremendous opportunity for a, especially medium and small developers who do not have huge budgets for their marketing campaigns and will surely bring in better visibility for them in the eyes of the general public.
