The Temple collection is inspired by the motifs on the divine sculptures at the temples of Khujuraho, Konark, Tirupati and Tanjour where idols were ornamented with chunky necklaces strung in Rudraksh and Tulsi or crafted with intricate filigree. A journey that began over a year ago when the designers behind Art Karat, Asha and SaketModi traveled to the far corners of India to pick elements, motifs and stones to be used in the Temple collection.

The collection embraces embossed gold jewellery blended with pearls and Kundan in an impeccable style.Asha also commissioned various artists to create paintings that were later integrated with precious stones set as temples on the neckline. Many precious stones such as rubies and emeralds were carved into gorgeous god figures adorned with a shringaar of pearls and other elements such as kundan and filigree.
