New Barbecue Restaurant 'Thugs of Grill' to come up at Kukatpally Offering Live Barbecue on Table with Healthy, Low-Fat Dishes

Hyderabad, 28 May 2013... A new barbecue restaurant Thugs of Grill' is to come up at Kukatpally. A venture of Harshdeep Foods and Beverages Private Limited set up by Mr. Harsha Vardhan Reddy, the 'Thugs of Gril promises to offer delectable and delicious food for the insatiable Hyderabadi food aficionados. The restaurant is all set to be inaugurated tomorrow i.e. 29th May 2013. Renowned actor Jagapathi Babu is to inaugurate the restaurant.

Addressing a press conference 28-year-old Mr. Harsha Vardhan Reddy, Director - Harshdeep Foods anc Beverages Private Limited (HFBPL) said that the 'Thugs of Grill' will offer live barbecue on the table to it customers. The concept of a live grill on your table is unique. As per the customers taste, they can choose from a variety of semi-cooked barbecues that are then put on a live grill for the final finish, Mr. Reddy said. Harshdeep Foods and Beverages will offer hygienic, healthy, low-fat dishes without loss in any flavor in its fine dining restaurant. Grand interiors, efficient service, superb food and good ambience are its promises to food lovers.

The food habits of the twin-citians have witnessed a dramatic change due to the cosmopolitan culture that the city has taken over time. One can find various different cuisines such as Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Lebanese, Arabic, Moroccan, etc. at different restaurants in the city.

Traditionally, Barbecue or barbeque is a method and apparatus for char grilling food in the hot smoke of a wood fire, usually charcoal fueled and is often used from cooking different meats. But we have dishes for vegetarians too. Any food that goes through long, slow cooking at a low temperature turns out mouthwateringly smoky, delectable and delicious, adds Harsha Vardhan Reddy.

The 5150 sq.ft. new restaurant is trendy, with interiors done in a black and red combination and has a seating capacity of 146 in a fun and family friendly atmosphere. Offering 40 to 50 varieties of food and beverage items (Salads, Main Dishes, Deserts and Drinks), Thugs for Grill has Buffet and Ala Carte arrangements. The restaurant offers Soups, Starters, Rice & Noodles, Biryanis, Rotis, Yoghurts and Mocktails. The food is reasonably priced and suitable for all segments of People. it offers a complete buffet with 40-50 items for just Rs.399/- per head.

Mr. Harsha Vardhan Reddy is a passionate first generation entrepreneur who did a MBA course in Australia. He worked for 8 years in the food industry in Australia. Passionate about setting up a restaurant, he returned to India and has now setup Harshdeep Foods and Beverages Private Limited. The 'Thugs of Grill' is the first restaurant setup by the group.

Hyderabad was Harsha Vardhan Reddy's first choice for setting up his dream venture because Hyderabad is his home city. Moreover, having emerged as a hob for cosmopolitan living in Hyderabad with close proximity to Hitech City, Mall and shopping Centres, recreational facilities and a cosmopolitan population Kukatpally was the best option for the new venture, informs Mr. Reddy.
