Another session Talk on “Is Leadership in a Woman’s DNA”? by Sulajja Firodia Motwani Vice- Chairman Kinetic Engg Ltd held in the evening on 5th August at 6,30pm at Trident Hyderabad, Near Cyber Towers, Hi-Tech City informed Ms. Jyotsna Angara, Chairperson, FICCI Ladies Organisation Hyderabad.
Transforming Organisation—Building a Culture of Leadership was an interactive session that enabled 40 plus participants absorb new ways of thinking about strategy & organizational culture. It is generally concluded that there is no greater contribution a leader can make to an organisation than developing a true culture of positive leadership. Culture is in essence an organisation’s operating environment - the implicit patterns of behaviour, activities and attitudes that are shaped by a shared set of values and beliefs that characterize the way people work together.
It is strongly believed — A company’s key to success is in its heart and soul - LEADERSHIP. It’s often said, “if leadership doesn’t scale neither will the organizationScale is not an individual endeavor - it’s a cultural and organizational achievement that requires the right set of collaborative individual efforts. People don’t scale, but effective groups, teams, and organizations can create scale. Dr. Baba Prasad is President & CEO of Vivekin Group, a thought-leading management consultancy that fundamentally transforms the way in which organizations envision and manage innovation, strategy and leadership cultures.
Another session “Is Leadership in a Woman’s DNA”? is all about Women Leadership. Is Leadership in woman's genes? Are women born leaders? Do women have leadership traits in them or not? Sulajja Fiorida lives by examples. She is very good example for woman leadership in India. She is known for leadership qualities. We don't normally associate a slender woman with the auto industry. But her urge to take the hot seat of her family business went beyond just taking forward the legacy. She introduced some impressive changes and even restructured. She has a strong connection to Hyderabad as she has some roots to the city.
