Chef Steffan Dawson from Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Mindspace has a career spanning over 18 years of Food & Beverage culinary experience. The feel of Hospitality industry came to him at a very early age, as his father was from the entertainment industry and so he and his family got to dine and experience the finest cuisines in the different hotels back in New Delhi, which was the primary reason for him to choose the profession of being a chef. He finished his schooling in Delhi and then moved on to Bangalore to do his diploma in hotel management in 1991.
