Art Karat Presents “KANHA” Jewellery inspired by the divine Shringaar of Shree Radha

Art Karat has done it again. Certainly one of the most beautiful jewelry collections you will ever see from this magnificent jewelry design house, its latest offering, the 'KANHA' collection on display at Hotel Taj Deccan, Road no. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, from 2nd April 2014.

The collection focuses on embossed gold mixed with Kundan done in a very unique way. Asha also commissioned various artists to create paintings that were later integrated with precious stones set as temples on the neckline. Many precious stones such as rubies and emeralds were carved into gorgeous god figures adorned with a shringaar of pearls and other elements such as kundan and filigree. It is amazing to see how Art Karat has mixed size with elegance. It is seldom that such beautiful jewellery can be seen in person, as most of it is now only parts of museums or coffee table books.

Many celebrities, film stars, politicians, and artists including Rekha, Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai, Tina Ambani, Cherry Blaire and Alicia Keys have adorned Asha's designs. Asha has also done some fabulous pieces for Royalty including Princess Diana, Queen Rania of Jordan, Shekha Shamma Crown Princess of UAE and Late Maharani Gayatri Devi Jaipur.

The collection includes a beautiful range of necklaces, long earrings, bracelets, bajubandhs, tikas, rings and pins. More than 700 designs have been created for this collection and the entire range is priced between Rs. 2000 to Rs. 1,00,000, & above with soaring gold prices it is a steal for jewellery collectors.

Art Karat has already exhibited its Temple collection across the United States, UK, Singapore and Australia. With an over whelming response abroad, they now plan to showcase this range across India in their showrooms and exhibitions.
