China Bistro, a casual dining restaurant, is well known for epitomizing the best of Chinese & Pan Asian cuisines that can be enjoyed without breaking the bank, in an exquisite locale completely designed to give the feel of an exclusive oriental bistro! After conquering hearts with its four successful outlets in Mumbai, this is the very first foray of the brand in Hyderabad.

This restaurant only knows one size: Large! The facade is adorned with two double storey tall terracotta Soldiers manning the entrance which adds grandeur to the decor. As one goes up the specially designed guest staircase one can see the huge Chinese terracotta king statue placed within the stairwell. The cafe seating is a specially designed table, with the jaali being used for the first time in a piece of furniture. The walls here have vibrant Chinese colours and different features like the rustic colourful strips printed with the brand logo, suspended on the wall throughout the double height, etc.

Even the menu is large! Talk about variety and you won’t complain. The extensive menu pays homage to the age-old recipes that come from the kitchens of China, Korea, Japan, Indonesia and Hongkong. With immense focus on quality & taste, the best chefs are on board to ensure that the best food is served. The menus are planned in-depth, recipes documented, ingredients sourced with such care and precision to ensure that food taste and quality does not vary.

Even for those who are always careful about that extra calorie and tend to miss out on taste over weight, China Bistro is surely your rescue. You can start your meal with the ever popular “Som Tam Salad” or your choice of “Cheong Fung Dim Sums”. Choose your healthy starters from “Water Chestnuts & Corn in Lettuce Cups", “Grilled Tofu with Sambal Salsa”, “Chicken Satay", “Chicken Yakitori", “Steamed Fish Banana Leaf and many more. While Soups are certainly a safe option, the mains cooked at China Bistro are also all steamed, blanched and then cooked further. So, in case if you wish your dish to be cooked in a particular way (healthy by default), just ask your server and consider it done.

One can also dine lavishly while being extremely easy on pockets with the lunch buffets, starting at just Rs. 395++. Another highlight is the wide array of veg and non-veg Cheong Fun dishes on the menu.

Well, it’s not only the food. China Bistro also presents the concept of enjoying dimsums with drinks - tailored by the specialist bartenders! The bar menu offers classic cocktails & mocktails with a twist and a whole new range of alcoholic beverages - all suited well for a refreshing time.
