Kris Gethin's Gym Press Meet in Hyderabad

Kris Gethin Gyms is being launched in Hyderabad, adding a world-class fitness training option to the people of the city.

Kris Gethin, the trainer who enabled the transformation of leading stars like Hrithik Roshan, Mahesh Babu, John Abraham and Ranveer Singh has partnered with Srikanth Makkapati and Satish Payada of Hyderabad.

Srikanth, a respected real estate developer said, “I started going to the gym where Satish enabled a big change in my fitness and attitude to health. This inspired me to start a world class gym in Hyderabad.

I partnered with Satish who is an internationally certified trainer with 14 years of experience in London, and contacted the world’s leading trainer, Kris Gethin, to start this gym.”

DTP or Dramatic Transformation Principle methodology focuses on building a stronger, fitter body in just twelve weeks through a series of scientifically designed high-intensity workouts.
The trainers adjust workouts based on individual health goals and also guide people on supportive nutrition, rest and recovery to safely reach their goals.
