Super star Rajnikanth and Maniratnam are reportedly going to team up once again after more than two decades. The duo worked together for 1991 ‘Dhalapathi’ which was a massive box-office hit. According to Chennai reports, Mani and Rajni were in talks for their new project and it’s almost finalized. If all goes well, the project would kick off soon after the completion of Mani’s present film ‘Kadal’, and Rajni’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’ which is in post-productions. Meanwhile, as mentioned earlier Rajni gift to his fans on his 62nd birthday is ‘Shivaji 3D’.
On the other hand, Rajni’s daughter Aishwarya and Soundarya are planning to make this day 12.12.12 as a special event in super star’s life. Apart from planning a grand birthday bash, Aishwarya and Soundarya are also going to announce a new project amidst the who’s is who of south cinema, which they are planning to launch with their father Rajnikanth.
