Tamil hero Vishal, who carved a niche for himself Telugu film industry through his dubbing films, for the first time going to do a straight Telugu film. Sashikanth, who was trained in direction department of Srinu Vaitla and K Sekhar Suri will make his debut as director through this film. Vikram Krishna is going to produce it for the first time in Telugu under his banner G K Films Corporation banner. The untitled film will be launched in November.
Producer Vikram Krishna said, “We have been telling for quite long time that we would do a straight Telugu film with Vishal as hero. However, we were just waiting for the right subject to come. We were impressed with young director Sashikanth’s story narration and agreed to do the film in the first sitting only. It’s a tailor-made story for Vishal’s body-language. We are going to do this film with prominent star cast and experienced technicians the details of which will be announced soon.”
