‘Nata Simha’ Balakrishnas LEGEND completed 100 days in 31 centers.
Balakrishna completed 40 years as an actor.
There will be huge expectations if a start hero’s kin is being introduced as a hero and if that star hero is ‘Viswa Vikyatha Nata Sarva Bhouma’ Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao who has wooed the Telugu audience with his adorable acting and that kin is Balakrishna, there is no need to talk about the scale of expectations. Balakrishna has continued the acting dynasty and within no time he has become one of the leading heroes of Tollywood. This year he has completed 40 years as an actor.
Tatamma Kala…
Balakrishna has started his career as a child artist at the age of 14 (in 1974) with the film ‘Tatamma Kala’ and later on he acted in ‘Ram Raheem’ and ‘Annadammula Anubandham’. He impressed the Telugu audience with his roles in Dana Veera Sura Karna, Akbar Saleem Anarkali, Sri Tirupathi Venkateshwara Kalyanam, Srimad Virat Veerabrahmendra Swamy Charitra, Brahmarshi Viswamitra which were directed by the legend, NTR. The Siddhayya character in Shrimad Virat Veerabrahmendra Swami Charitra has brought out the real actor in him.
Balakrishna became a full-fledged hero with ‘Sahasame Jeevitham’. He acted in socio fantasy, Historic, Mythological and folk films. Mangamma gari manavadu, Kadhanayakudu, Babai Abbai, Bhale Thammudu, Sitarama Kalyanam, Anasuyamma gari alludu made him a super star. Aditya 369 was a milestone in his career and the film Bhairava dweepam created industry records. Samarasimha Reddy, which released in 1990, was a trend setter and the film Narasimhanaidu, which came two year later, has rewritten all the industry records. There is no need to explicitly mention the sensations created by Lakshminarasimha and Simha films. The recent hit ‘Sri Ramarajyam’ has shown the complete actor in Balakrishna. He dwelled into Lord Rama character aptly and made everyone believe that only he can do the mythological roles in the present generation heroes. He is entertaining the audience with his acting from the past 40 years.
Legend grand success..
After the grand success of ‘Simha’, Director Boyapati and Balakrishna teamed up again for the super hit blockbuster ‘LEGEND’. The film was made with huge budget by the producers Ram Achanti, Gopi Achanti and Sai Korrapati. The film was released admits huge expectations and became a tremendous hit and created new records. NBK has ultimate action was the sole reason for its success. Also the credit has to be given to the director Boyapati Srinu, who has become the synonym for mass entertaintainers. The idea of Boyapati to rope in Jagapathi Babu as a protagonist needs appreciation. Jagapathi Babu did an excellent work as Jitendra, the villan. It is not an easy thing for a regular hero to do a villain role; Jagapathi Babu did justice to his character in this film. The music by DSP was awesome as usual. The heroines Radhika Apte and Sonal Chouhan did their part without any flaw. The dialogues have given life to the characters. The camera work by Ramprasad was extraordinary. Everything fell in place perfectly for Legend and that is why it has become a tremendous hit in AP and also in overseas. Tomorrow (5th of July), legend will complete 100 days in 31 centers. He is busy with a film which is being directed by Satya Deva and on the other side he has his responsibilities as MLA of Hindupur.
At present he has only two things are mid, one is to serve the people of Hindupur as MLA and the second is films. He already had plans in place to develop Hindupur.
