The fire accident at a Ramesh Hospital-run COVID care centre in Vijayawada earlier this month claimed 10 lives. The tragedy has been a shocker and has embarrassed those in charge of ensuring safety. Even as a controversy rages over the incident, 'RED' actor Ram Pothineni has said on Saturday that a conspiracy is afoot to defame YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
"SWARNA PALACE was a QUARANTINE CENTRE run by the GOVERNMENT until RAMESH HOSPITAL took permission to convert it into a Covid Care Centre when REQUESTED by the GOVERNMENT! Had this FIRE ACCIDENT TAKEN PLACE 3 weeks earlier when it was run by the GOVERNMENT, WHO WOULD THEY BLAME?" the Tollywood actor asked on Twitter, sharing a few documents.
"The billing was done DIRECTLY by SWARNA PALACE HOTEL as they were RESPONSIBLE for the MANAGEMENT! DOCTORS are NOT RESPONSIBLE for FIRE safety!" the actor added.
The biggest remark came when he named the Chief Minister and suggested that he has been kept in the dark by some forces. "I doubt there is a HUGE CONSPIRACY to show the CM of Andhra Pradesh in a bad light. I request Jagan garu to look into it as a few people under him might be doing this without his knowledge. This is causing huge damage to his reputation and honest approach, amongst all of us!" Ram added.
It's said that Ram is related to one of the stakeholders of Ramesh Hospital. That's why he has shown interest in the issue.
