'Beauty Girl' is a suspense thriller set during the coronavirus lockdown of 2020. Two software engineers, a man and a woman, are cooped up in a bungalow owned by an NRI. Due to the lockdown, they can't step out. They are working from home and have the uphill task of controlling their feelings.
Written and directed by SV, the web series is produced by Devadas Narayana. The 10-episode web series will release on February 19 in five OTTs.
'Beauty Girl' has music by Yelendra, while cinematography is by YM Krish. Editing is by Balla. The producer is a veteran north Indian film distributor who has been in the industry for 20 years. He has released more than 1000 movies in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil.
The director, SV (Vemuganti), has previously made ten movies in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil. His 'Ganga' won six Nandi awards in 2006. 'Veerangam' in 2012 won two state awards.
