At a time when there are rumours that Samantha Ruth Prabhu didn't want to bear a child and that's why she developed differences with Naga Chaitanya, Neelima Guna (the producer of 'Shaakunthalam' and daughter of Gunasekhar) has suggested that the actress' views were diametrically opposite to what has been rumoured.
As per Neelima, Samantha had resolved to become a mother by August this year. She even sought an assurance from Gunasekhar that a period film like 'Shaakunthalam' won't be delayed because of production-related challenges. Neelima suggested that Sam's first response was to reject the film owing to the pregnancy plans.
If Neelima's version is anything to go by, it seems the differences between the Sam-Chay duo became irreconcilable only this year.
