'Mem Famous', produced by Lahari Films and Chai Bisket Films, is slated for a theatrical release on June 2. Recently, a song titled 'Ayyayyo' was released. On Thursday, the second song from the movie was out.
Titled 'Minimum', the youthful number is laced with massy vibes and 'Life ante minimum itla undala' vibes. The characters played by Sumanth Prabhas (also the film's director), Mani Aegurla, and Mourya Chowdary get an elevation song.
Sung by 'Naatu Naatu' singer Rahul Sipligunj (who was recently seen in 'Ranga Marthanda'), the Kalyan Nayak-written song is envisioned as a homage to the village's biggest "chichora batch" (a colloquial term used for our neighbourhood 'jathi ratnalu'). The singer proves to be the right choice for a song that derives its beats from folk numbers.
Also featuring Saarya and Siri Raasi, the entertainer is produced by Anurag Reddy, Sharath, and Chandru Manoharan. Shyam Dupati (cinematographer), Srujana Adusumilli (editor), and Arvind Muli (art) are working on the movie.
