Manchu Vishnu supports Prabhas: Is Arshad Wari being bullied?

Arshad Warsi's recent remarks about how Prabhas's character was presented in 'Kalki 2898 AD' have been blown out of proportion. Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Sharwanand, Sudheer Babu and a few others have criticized Warsi for saying that Prabhas looked like a joker in Nag Ashwin's movie.

On Friday, Movie Artists Association President Manchu Vishnu himself spoke out against Warsi in a letter addressed to Poonam Dhillon, the President of CINETAA (Cine & TV Artists Association), Mumbai. The letter urges Dhillon to ask Warsi to refrain from making "hurtful" remarks against other actors.

At this point, one doesn't know what to say about the unwarranted controversy. Arshad Warsi is being bullied, it appears. The Telugu film industry must stop behaving like a troll army. If Warsi is entitled to his opinions, why take a dig at him every other day?

MAA President Manchu Vishnu's liking for Prabhas is understandable. After all, Prabhas has done a cameo in 'Kannappa'. But Vishnu must remember that MAA elections three years ago were all about endless controversies and duels in full public view. If Arshad Warsi shares video clips from those days, it would embarrass the entire Tollywood.
