Usually, high-profile arrests change the public perception about the government. But Allu Arjun's arrest might not show any major impact in both Telangana and Andhra politics.
Take the case of Telangana. The Revanth Reddy government has been sensational ever since the HYDRAA politics began. The demolition of Nagarjuna's N-Convention was more shocking than Bunny's arrest. By the time of the arrest, an impression went out that the CM is an expert at diversionary gimmicks. Whether or not it is true is a different matter. The rumoured arrest of KTR, if it happens, might almost remove the Bunny issue from the public consciousness in Telangana.
In Andhra Pradesh, the Mega camp is divided in faovur of the Chiranjeevi camp. Had the Mega camp been one, caste-based support for Bunny would have been massive. But that's not the case. The entire loyalty is towards Chiru, Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan.
Allu Arjun's balanced courtly manners don't mean much either to people. Bunny won't dare to make political statements because he knows that he doesn't stand a chance.
