Icon Star Allu Arjun, in the month of October, filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court. In his petition, he requested the court to quash an FIR filed against him in Nandyal during the recent election period (to be precise, in May).

The news is that the court has ordered for the quashing of the FIR. As per the court, Bunny didn't violate any election code because his visit was "personal" in nature.

The police had registered a case against Allu Arjun alleging that he had organized a public gathering without permission while Section 144 and Section 30 of the Police Act were in force. Bunny was in Nandyal to support the YSRCP candidate, who eventually lost the election.

Allu Arjun's next theatrical release, 'Pushpa 2', has amassed excellent pre-release theatrical business deals in the Telugu States. The value of the deals is next only to that of 'RRR'. The Sukumar-directed sequel will head to theatres on December 5. Mythri Movie Makers is planning to hold multiple events in the coming days till the movie's release, in different cities across India.
