Two years back, in an interview, Global Star Ram Charan said that he will be teaming up with Lokesh Kanagaraj and Prashanth Neel. These two directors are not working with him. And Charan's announced film with director Sukumar hasn't taken off for years because of how slow Sukumar is with things.
The other day, a rumour went out that Bollywood's Nikhil Nagesh Bhat of Kill fame would be making a film with Charan as the hero. This one, too, turned out to be a false rumour. The news had excited a section of Mega fans, who hoped that the Game Changer hero might do a quickie film with the Bollywoodian.
Netizens have wondered why Charan is always rumoured to team up with this or that hero but the talked-about collaborations never become a reality. His cameo in Thalapathy Vijay's Leo is also one such baseless gossip.
After his movies with Buchi Babu Sana (RC16) and Sukumar (RC17), who will team up with Charan is something only time will tell. Before these two movies are completed by the end of 2027 (most probably), many more directors will team up with Charan on paper.
