The formal pooja ceremony of the SS Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu movie took place today at the Aluminum Factory in Hyderabad.
The Guntur Kaaram actor, who usually skips his films' muhurtham events, made his presence felt. The Baahubali and RRR maker was seen with his wife, Rama Rajamouli.
Hours before the formal launch, the makers gave feelers that it is a two-part jungle adventure movie. The first part will arrive at the cinemas in 2027 and the second part, in 2029.
Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran will be essaying prominent roles. Produced by KL Narayana, the untitled film's music is being composed by MM Keeravani.
The film will go on the floors this very month. Reportedly, a set has been erected to shoot some scenes this month. When Mahesh Babu is going to participate in the shoot is not known yet. The makers haven't officially put out any details.
In the case of RRR, Rajamouli appeared before the media, alongside Jr NTR and Ram Charan, some five months after the film went on the floors.
