Kriti Sanon of 1: Nenokkadine fame has bagged an important Bollywood project. The actress will be seen opposite Dhanush in Tere Ishk Mein, to be directed by Anand L Rai of Raanjhana fame. Earlier, Animal fame Tripti Dimri was under consideration.
The project is a huge boost for Kriti, who won a National Film Award for her performance in the 2021 movie Mimi.
Also known for movies like Heropanti, Bareilly Ki Barfi, Luka Chuppi, Dilwale and Housefull 4 in Hindi, Kriti was seen as Sita in Prabhas' Adipurush in 2023. The comedy horror Bhediya (Hindi) was a major release but it under-performed at the box office.
Coming to Dhanush's Tere Ishk Mein, it will head to theatres on November 28, 2025. The film has music by AR Rahman. Dhanush was last year seen in Raayan. He is currently acting in Sekhar Kammula's Kubera, which also features Rashmika Mandanna and Nagarjuna.
