Smitha Madhv, actress and Kuchipudi dancer, popular for her role as Sita in the Gunasekhar directed Bala Ramayanam, is acting in a new devotional film titled Sri Vengamanba. The film, that also stars actors Krishna, Murali Mohan, Kalyani and Sujatha, in important roles, was launched today, 24th November, at Annapurna studios. The film has music by Ilayaraja. This Devalayam Creations production will be directed by debutant Anjani Kumar.
