A bilingual film titled �Kanakam� in Telugu and Tamil has started its regular schedule from today. With the blessings from TPFC president Tammareddy Bharadwaja the first shot with Sangeetha, the heroine began at Sarathi Studios. This movie under Arunodhaya banner has Parthibhan in Key role in Tamil. Parthibhan is known for many such roles having social problem as theme. It appears, the slot is still open in Telugu for this role.

Another interesting aspect of this movie is the chance for two debutants; Sri Prasad and Hemanth Kumar are trying their luck in their respective fields. While the former is for story, screenplay and direction the later is for Music. Is production too by Sri Prasad?

Let us keep guessing who the hero is for the movie which has definite cast like Kota Srinivasrao, Suhasini, Nazar, MS Narayana and will be filmed mostly in Hyderabad, Chennai and a village near Pollachi in Tamilnadu.
