Teaser of Swathi starrer ‘Tripura’ has been launched on Saturday, i.e. on May 30, in Hyderabad. Swathi, who is very choosy in signing films, has now accepted to play the lead in another different genre film ‘Tripura’. The film is being made in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. A Chinababu and M Rajasekhar are producing this film on Crazy Media banner with J Ramanjaneyulu as presenter. ‘Geetanjali’ fame Raj Kiran is directing the film. The successful combination Kona Venkat and Raj Kiran of ‘Geetanjali’ in 2014, will repeat their success streak with ‘Tripura’ in 2015 also.
“I’m sure ‘Tripura’ will earn better name than ‘Geetanjali’. Swathi is playing the title role in this film which is being made with a powerful story. Swathi has not touched such type of genre film so far. Her role is so amazing. I’m confident that the film will present her acting skills in a different way. Chinna is debuting into production through this film. I’m extremely confident that the film become big success and will earn good profits to him,” said director Raj Kiran.
Producer Chinababu said, “We found an excellent team. Visually, the film will be very beautiful. I request everyone to encourage the film.”
Rao Ramesh said, “It’s an amazing script. After scoring success with ‘Geetanjali’, Raj Kiran is making ‘Tripura’. I’m sure the film will become big hit. Audience will feel thrill after watching the film. Kona Venkat and Srinivas Veligonda’s screenplay will stand out as highlight for the film. Already, the film has got positive talk in the industry. I wish that the film will become big success and will earn good name to the team.”
On this occasion, Swathi shared, “We are very confident on the story. I wish and hope that the film will impress everyone.”
Sapthagiri shared, “Raj garu offered me full length role in this film. ‘Swathi’ will look as beautiful as the title in the film.”
